I think it's correct with stop because hollow point needs high health, without restorative shot he often does not have high enough health to trigger hollow point's condition.

probably spirit lifesteal and torment pulse instead, if you dont fully invest in bullet you´re not going to get the same value

shiv is so dumb dude. His dash, knives and exec make him seem like he's supposed be whittle down the enemy then quickly secure the kill and get out, kind of hero but he is just the best tank in the game. All while there really isn't skill involved with anything but his daggers which nobody builds for anymore. If the took away bloodletting and made dagger stacks and dashes raise the threshold for the execute, he'd both require skill to play really well, AND better fit the roll rather than being a crazy tank.

Sure, but he lacks a escape card like every other hero in the game. I think he has one of the worst mobility, so he should be the most tanky hero. He is op when he gets super ahead, but useless when he is behind. In my opinion the fact he’s execute refreshes on kill is dumb mechanic, it should just significantly lower his cooldown, not a full refresh

@@diozawarudo9342 If he uses his dash, sure he has no escape, but right now he is so tanky he doesn't NEED to escape. If you remove bloodletting, Warp Stone will just be bought to give him a disengage tool and players will have to be actually smart about when they decide to dive in. Rather than it requiring basically no thought because it's so hard to punish you for over aggression and poor positioning.
