Don't know if anyone answered the weighted blanket question already, but just in case: yes, they really help. It's a comfort and security thing, you actually feel more protected in your most vulnerable state. Hence your sleep is deeper and you feel more rejuvenated after. It's also supposed to help with too much restless movement. I absolutely love them (at least in spring/autunn/winter 😅) 💜💜

Hi! Weighted blankets are mainly for people with Insomnia or (multiple different sorts of) anxiety! It's supposed to make you feel like you're being hugged, or like you are being held down or being kept warm by another person or figure. It calms down your brain and body. And yes! they really do work! I have a 15 pound one and it works like magic! you can get heavier ones, but personally I like it to be like a gentle embrace or like someone is comforting me. separation anxiety and just adhd and anxiety in general can be very difficult to sleep with. Weighted blankets are such a big help for me. Would recommend

Funny you should mention weight blankets my 28 yr old daughter just had one delivered this morning! It's 7kg in weight she said if feels like the beans inside bean bags. I will let you know her thoughts on this after using it today. Jimin. I sometimes like to stay up late and sometimes I go to bed at a decent hour. I like to snuggle then not move a lot and no snoring. I can’t sleep with noise unless it’s music and not really loud. Also, I hate people who are cheerful are wide awake within 30 seconds of waking up. It’s annoying. Be confused about what and where you are for a bit, then be “should we go back to sleep for a few?” about it and stare into space again for a couple minutes with me. I’m pretty sure he fits the bill for all that. 🤣🤣🤣 Most important is no snoring and no unnecessary morning pep.

And yes, I can fall asleep and be in that same position until I wake up to go to the bathroom 😂. I sleep on my stomach, with the blankets wrapped as much around me as possible. And there were times my Mama(grandmother) would come into my room at night to shake me awake to make sure I'm alive. 😂 I would be so heated. Like it be the best damn sleep of my life, and I be shaken to wake up because they couldn't tell if I was breathing. "Comin' like yuh sleep like dead." Weighted blankets are for anxiety. The extra weight bearing down calms and grounds the person. It can also be used for naps or just to wrap around you during the day. Like you have to turn down the tumble settings and heat on the dryer when drying it.
