Absolutely agree, man do I miss my 1250. 7 bikes in the last 5 years along with riding dozens of others... the 1250 is hands down the best all around bike I ever rode. I know I will have another in my future. Yeah and it does sound sweet with the exhaust.

@@FLYANDRIDE15No, basically about what you rode in your video, it’s mainly gonna be pavement only, just do a lot of backroad scenic riding and exploring.

From my experience, yes, Road 6's can handle it! [Edit] also, filter at lights is legal here. You can legally lane split up to 30 kph.

Had bad experience with road 6 tires slipping on dry pavement... Do a lot of lane splitting and tire totally spins when it hits the paint... Did t have this problem with road 4 or the power 5s on my 600rr commuter/ fun bike.... Sometimes I have to pull over as the road 6s feel so weird I think the tires are flat ... Idk. Glad you guys having some luck with them ...

My RS has same tank bag, tune, tires and Akrapovic. Did you remove the baffles from your Akra?
@FLYANDRIDE152 ай бұрын
@@Texas2Tires I never removed the baffles. Does it make a difference?
@Texas2Tires2 ай бұрын
@@FLYANDRIDE15 I have Akrapovic titanium headers, no CAT and the same black titanium Akrapovic exhaust you have, but my R 1250 RS doesn't sound as deep and grumbly as yours. I also have the BrenTune as well. Mine is definitely deeper than stock, but not like yours. That's why I thought perhaps you had taken the baffles out to get a louder sound. In the video, you placed a mic near the exhaust. What mic did you use and how did you secure it to the outside of the bike? I have the DJI Mic2, which is awesome for wireless mic audio. I drop one in my helmet and connect it to the receiver which is directly attached to my insta360 X3. The new X4 shoots in 8k and supposedly has new AI to help with editing. I have to get one of those. I made a few 360 videos, which are interesting, but they are a bit too pixelated. The 8k should be more clear. I used my son's VR headset and watched the 360 video on KZbin while sitting in a chair. It's like riding the bike, you can look all around at whatever you want while the video is playing really cool. Just the video quality on the X3 isn't there yet, still too pixelated. If you have a VR headset and are interested, check out the 360 video. There's no commentary just me riding on the back roads towards downtown Austin, Texas. Here's the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r4LPpYeJntujhqMsi=s_GLM5L6Xdec7bpH
