The addition of CB- Jackson and S- Elliot has really been huge in shoring up our secondary. Then P. Queen wearing the green dot and affecting a lot of plays, whether he gets a tic on the Stat sheet or not. The man is my favorite off season addition. You know what you get w/ our D-line... " Dominated " Our offense is yet a work in progress. Hopefully it continues to trend upward.

Honestly, beginning schedule is good for us to get rolling. Now the last 7 games, 8”6 division and chiefs, that will prove it. Hope it’s not 11-0 start then fall off as last time. Our division games, it doesn’t matter how good or bad other teams are, it’s mean and tough games.

With that D and Justin playing turnover free ball, yes, they're contenders. Justin was making throws all over the field against the chargers and he can still rush. Pittsburgh has found its QB and he's playing well. I think the rest of the league should be on notice. I'd say the only teams in the AFC that you can say are better than the Steelers right now are the Chiefs and the Bills.
