i think it just depends. i got two corals back to back in the water gacha (as well as a few water type cookies) in ~50 cutters. it is a gacha game after all, it's based on luck

ISTG I have better luck on Fire gacha than water gacha (I DONT PULL ON WATER GACHA BC I KEEP GETTING ON FIRE GACHA AN EPIC LIKE GIVE ME JUST DRAGON AND THEN ILL BE HAPPY)
