Great video doc! Question for you though: Why is it that you minus the shortest day by 18 and the longest day by 11? What does 18 and 11 represent?

I was like you i tried gave up but then found out i qas pregnant ( mind you i realised ikiwa 7 months) i was told when i give birth itarudi sawa never did now its worse and i was told only way to help is through hysterectomy NB:mine can flow for more than a month crazily painful
