Personally I think he should have painted the shoes at the very end. Since he did it to begin with, he then went after to wipe them down with that white cloth. Some of the paint came off. You can tell because the white cloth has black on it. At the very least, he should have set fire to them for them to dry. Had he waited at the end though, the paint would have not come off. I give him an C effort.
