Hey Jessica, if you have a store that sells running shoes a lot of them will measure your foot for free before you purchase them. There they can recommend the best sneaker for you based on how you normally stand. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I tried 4 different pair of hokas and they all gave me foot pain in different places on my foot. The insoles are think as hair and if you removed the insoles you’ll see how freaking hard they are.

Been watching shoe review to find a shoe that will help alleviate pain on my left foot. Then I have recently discovered Kuru footwear. Bought one(roam) tried it on out of the box and I thought the difference was not significant. But the following day I was surprised that somehow the foot pain was gone as time passed. Now I'm saving for my next pair of Kuru shoes.

These shoes feel great on your feet but there's something about wearing a running shoe for standing that I'm not sure about, the shape is designed to carry momentum, the sole naturally let's your foot rock and pushes out your hip and the stability isn't the best so I feel like you're using more stabilising muscles while standing?

The Hoka Cliftons envelope your feet while standing. I had Skechers previously, thought they were ok until my feet throbbed after a 12 hour day. Got myself the Hokas and what a difference - I keep them strictly for work and look forward to pampering my feet while I'm working.

The black with white on the bottom is the Hoka Bondi 8. I have a pair that is all black and stand on concrete all day. It took about 2 weeks to break them in but my feet from day one has never hurt. They are the most comfortable shoes but my suggestion is if you can find the Bondi 7 get those. Straight out of the box it’s hands down wayyy better than the Bondi 8.

I tried the ASICS nimbus 26 in store & first me they were the winner over hoka, brooks & on cloud. They don’t have the highest reviews online but I guess everyone’s foot is different. I ordered them on ASICS for the colorway I wanted & I ordered wide because they run narrow. My feet aren’t wide. Bought them for work (nurse) I haven’t received them yet so I can’t say how they perform yet on shift but super comfy like a hug plush yet stable

Soft, was recommended them, along with my wife. They're more on the cushy side, but that again can be a good/bad thing. Standing doesn't mean "most plush/comfortable" for the best fit because of micro-balancing your foot will do all day. Wife wore them the next day and said her feet were sore, could be muscles, could be too cushy. One thing you'd want to do with whatever shoe you get is workout, single leg lunges/deadlifts/ doing squats, etc.

Not the most stylish but sketchers have shoes specifically for concrete and warehouse floors that feel amazing to me really the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn but again not good looking lol also have wide sizes and arch support
