She is so accepting and understanding She always speaks up for the LGBT+ community and her fans. I remember in a merlin interview when she said she thought the idea of ' merthur' was "genius" . She understands the way everyone can see different scenes, characters and relationships. She always seems to love hearing about them. She isn't against the idea of any character she plays being queer in some way. I think more actors need to be like that lile Darren Criss is very much the same too. I have a lot of respect for her and I'm glad she really speaks up for us fans who see these relationships more than what the writers are giving away.

walküre have you actually read the comic though? she hasn't shown interest in any man in the DC Bombshells universe. at all. they never label her but she's only ever romantically interested in Lois. so its not far off to say she's a lesbian. If we're talking about the main universe, Kara hasn't been labelled anything nor has she been confirmed (because I'd argue she's very queercoded but I won't give credit to DC until they actually confirm anything) to be romantically interested in any character who isn't a guy. She's had lgbtq+ supporting characters but she herself has not been labelled as anything in the main universe. IF DC ever gets the guts to actually declare Kara as anything then yes, in the main universe, either she'd be bi/pan but since she's had no label in the main universe and DC Bombshells only shows her romance with Lois, you can't say she's not a lesbian in DC Bombshells.

They're more interesting because of Kara's duality, and how Kara's "other half" tends to perceive anyone of the Luthor name. For good reason. Then you have Lena befriending Kara-- because Kara believes in her-- but still having an antagonistic relationship w/ Supergirl. For, arguably, a good reason. It's fascinating because it's a mind-phuck for both of them. Especially after Lena finds out. Carl Jung could write a book about this pair. So, I think it's deeper and more complicated for more reasons than just their being two women--- but the long, lusty stares and constant hugs put a *torch* to the complex psychology.

30:34 this is the most true thing I have ever heard, even on the most progressive shows, the LGBTQ+ community is never really openly talked about using the real words, on the arrowverse lgbtq+ panel Caity Lotz says it’s great to “say the word bisexual on tv” but the main character of legends of Tomorrow (Sara) is bisexual and they ONLY SAY IT ONCE. And it’s not even Sara who says it, Nate says “I know she’s bisexual” and what about Ava??? Her coming out was the phrase “I’m not really the husband kind” (which is not only vary vague but could also mean that she’s asexual) it is true that they show the characters actively being there sexuality’s but WE NEED MORE, You have the responsibility not only show that Sara dates both men and women, but let us know that that means that she’s part of a community, and that community has a name, and a flag
