I hate when people say WHy RAdiANiTe so Expensive. Bruh for the average player you get enough from the battle pass the option is there for people already spending a shitload of money. It is an invalid point

I hate when people say this, the skin team is like 10-20 people out of hundreds of val employees, making a skin is much easier than making a map, you'd think this is common sense but people think just because they released a skin every two weeks and not a tangible change that they don't care, they do.

@@Emerald_Forge theres 15 vandals skins for every map or agents that comes out Unless the devs making skins are working 24hr shifts i dont think only 10-20 devs work on skins

@@gowgox9362 What are you smoking making a skin doesn't even take 1/30th of the time it does an agent or map so obviously the ratio is gonna go crazy, it's like saying if you can bake 10 pizzas then why haven't you built 10 buildings too? One takes hours one takes months, especially when agents come out on a schedule anyways so even if it was in any way comparable they're limiting the ammount of agents on purpose so val doesn't become league of legends in like 2/3yrs. Also content creators like jonas or West jet have said the team is small and that was before riot had layoffs, it could be closer to 10 people

@@Emerald_Forge considering the quality and amount of featuring being added to skins it will take shorter than 30th of the time to make an entire bundle. Considering if you stand stay by your point “10-20 out of hundreds of employees” The rate at which agents and maps should be higher in comparison to skins. Even if the team at riot as gotten smaller the ratio of devs working on skins compared to maps/agents should be significant. Its pretty obvious from a business standpoint that most of the attention from riot will be towards revenue from skins as thats what keeps valorant going as a game. It is not unheard of that a company prioritizes money over actual content. With how much gaming companies have been getting with being super greedy, riot would fit right within the common majority.

@@gowgox9362 3D modelling and designing and minimal coding does not take that long?? Your knowledge of game development is crazy. Even if it DID take that long the 3D modelling on one site alone is probably 10x as complex as designing a pattern for a gun that already exists. Not to mentioned if it's one of the trash cheap skins they do 0 3d modeling and that's basically just designing. Also if 10-20 people can make a bundle every week or so why hire new people? The sales they'd get from releasing a bundle every week and not once every two weeks is minimal compared to the money they spend paying more people 80-200k a year
