You sound like a really intellectual and knowledgeable. You can be someone to look up for many youth, however,i dont understand why you speak bit of mix cause your english is so good and your tibetan is also very good. If I were you I will speak in english and tibetan but not mixing. I am not judging you but I see great potential in you to guide the younger ones including language advocacy which China has been trying so hard to make it disappear so that unique ness of being tibetan to the core and to retain its identity are going to be no more valid. Keep up your good work and Buddha bless you.
