Great interview, Scott. However, the one question that has burned in my mind for many years is what do those of us do to survive the future when we lost our health and lost our ability to earn a living wage along with that, and have now burned through our savings getting our health back? What is the best "do over" us over 60 (or over 50) folks have to make our meager retirement work for us so we don't end up 70 and living in our cars? I've always wanted to ask these financial gurus this question. I suspect the only answer they have is, "do the best you can."

Thank you. I wish I had a good answer. The one thing I can clumsily add is that on the flip side we do live in a miraculous age where we can turn almost anything into a business. All you need is $100 to start a website and a decent idea you're passionate about.

I think more like stagflation. And our government is not making low income housing. They rather have homeless in the streets. They won’t cut the rates until something breaks . And we won’t like it. Yes it could be a giant depression but I think it won’t be as bad. Still seeing families living in the streets makes me wonder

Couldn't agree more, Lisa. I personally think it's only going to get worse but maybe they'll hold it off with everything they have until after the election is over. The can't hold off what's coming forever though!

The Fed will absolutely drop rates with massive QE but the problem is that inflation is here to stay. I knew nothing about investing in 1987 I was in college then. It was in 1988 that Ron Paul started talking about the Federal reserve and only in 2001 did I finally understand how the financial system really worked. Good to see that you are exploring financial fitness in addition to the diet and mental space. As a teen I used to enjoy the show Wall $treet week with louis Rukeyser.

Ya he doesn't have a good track record for most of his picks. Most of his picks in the last couple years are Michael Gentile picks but maybe they'll have the last laugh if gold miners do indeed see the melt up we're hoping for.
