Our job is to obey God’s word as you stated and be a mirror of God’s unconditional love, mercy, forgiveness, patient etch we are to be the waking bible others haven’t read. I kind of have a testimony for this. Where I work, my department is nothing but women. Drama, attitudes, drama, gossiping, drama, and more attitudes. I walked past a coworker (name her 'T') a few days ago who verbally and openly talked to herself about how she couldn't standing working with a particular other coworker (call her 'M') (calling her a bad word). I kind of paused wondering what was going on. 'T' didn't know I was nearby and said I wasn't supposed to hear that. I kind of tugged her to explain what she meant. Once she mentioned 'M's' name, the flesh in me wanted to entertain this backtalk and gossip about 'M' because in the past, 'M' was VERY hard on me when I was first training. I am the quietest one, and I was miserable and very frightened of this terrible world of employment I stepped into. 'M' wasn't very patient me, often making me feel bad for mistakes and not learning fast enough, and her attitude was often spoken of and even reported, but later on as I continued to work, 'M' got A LOT better, and I knew deep down she cared. She just had an intimidating presence. So, when 'T' went on and on, yes, I wanted to entertain it, but I literally felt the Holy Spirit say 'Don't you dare say a word about her!'. So, I didn't. I manipulated the conversation where I successfully got her to talk about something else, but slightly related. How could I look at 'M' in the face knowing i participated in gossip about her? Here's another thing; the Holy Spirit gave me another chance. Months earlier, the Holy Spirit tried to get me to shut up, but I let something slip, and immediately felt convinced. Now, the person I gossiped about actually has ended up ministering to me. As we worked together more often, I got closer to her. She's always giving me verses, prayings for me and encouraging me to always have faith in God. The guilt in my heart has never left me. And the gossip wasn't anything horrific, but rather a misunderstanding about her. So, Now, I'm super cautious of what I say, even if I am in the securest setting of gossip. Ladies, don't do it.

This was powerful! I had no idea that this was First Baptist Church of Glenarden until he said it and they showed the crowd. I went to their Christmas program December 2017 and the presence of the LORD was so strong, had my unborn baby boy jumping for joy the whole time we were there.
