Natasha is so great at explaining that Anxiety picks at people and grows in different ways and that each person has different things that will work for them to shrink it. Panic attacks are scary and she has some great ideas about how to get through them and onto the next positive moment.

Thank you I’m a child with so much Anxiety and some times I can’t hold it on and I just have to cry myself to sleep even if I had the most brilliant day I still have the most anxiety I probably couldn’t even count how much panic attacks I have had in my life. If you see this please Wright inspirational words in the comments 😞

Hey! You can call me S I’m 12 with anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve had anxiety for a long time but I only found out what the name was a few months ago. It sucks a lot. I feel like since no one in my family has what I have I’m alone, my mom doesn’t get what my panic attacks are like and I hate talking about them cause they make me...panic. I know what it is like and so many others do as well. I’m still navigating my way through life knowing this is what I have. Personally I am a writer and reader so I do what I love doing or think about that when I’m panicking. Or another thing is think about something to look foreword to. We can get through this! Remember that everyday we are growing and anything can happen, a miracle will come and you will get the help you deserve or you will come across something or someone to help you as well!

Thank you so much for this video I am going to watch this together with daughter so she can be reminded that it is a false alarm. You provided great tips that I will use in the future if needed. Right now we do deep breathing together, hold her close and remind her that she is safe and loved and nothing serious is happening to her.

Thank you so much for educating us about panic attacks. Yes, I think is important to prepare children who suffer from anxiety before hand, so they are equipped to successfully cope with a panic attack episode when it comes or if it comes

Hello, I am fourteen and struggle with panic attacks, and during school or vacations, I get several a day. I feel very lightheaded and dizzy, and feel like I could faint any second when I have them. Even though I know about why it is happening, I can’t stop worrying that it is different.

Hi, as a kid who has them I would just tell you to be patient and understanding, but when I’m panicking all I want is someone reassuring me and I can’t do something because even something simple makes me stress even more.

Find something to distract you from what's going on with your body. Think of positive thoughts. Don't be afraid to cling on to someone and tell them exactly how your feeling so it's like your fighting it together and not alone.

As someone who has panic attacks just like this, probably. I would make sure she doesn’t have any problems, but if she is healthy then I think it could be. Please don’t force her to do stuff if it makes her feel like this. Definitely push her to make sure she doesn’t develop a fear of going places, but just be understanding.

Ok I don't have any medical problems, is just that sometime, when I m in front of my biggest fear , I get really panic but is like my consciousness is get panic and not me.. bc when it does happen I can't even spike , or look at anyone bc my brain tricks me and imagine their faces as looking, like some sort of creatures... and I can't even look around... (this happens only at night time , when I'm inside.. and I m about to go to sleep,), and bc of that I've been sleeping with my dad for a while .. even tho I m 14 and I do now is just my mind and that this things doesn't exist I still can't stop it. And the next day in the morning when I weake up I do realise that what happend , the sound the images the hallucinations , are not real.. and I tell to my self about it.. is just so.. idk.. even tho I now is not real some time, a huge wave of fear hits me.. and I get crazy and by that I mean I get super scared I get horrified , I get petrified ... is so horrible when that happens I haven't had a serious , episode like that for about 1 year but 2 weeks ago , almost being asleep , I started to feel wierd ,, like someone was watching me and slowly touching me , and then I heard strong noises .. that my family didn't hear.. but I managed to stop it.

I know this was made to help, but just a suggestion; try not to say someone is “too sensitive”. Saying “you may be more sensitive than others around you” makes it sound less like a character flaw and more of a factual statement. Most ppl will scoff at this, but as someone who’s been told they were “too sensitive” so that abusers could excuse their behaviors, that’s a statement that can make you question your whole mental state growing up. I’m in my 40s and just a few years ago, I saw a psychologist who helped me learn that: Too sensitive = always a negative More sensitive than others = might be interpreted negatively, but could be framed as a positive, or at least a net neutral. One of the most relieving things I’d ever heard when trying to cut through the fog. I was ashamed of being “too sensitive”. I am now thankful that I am “more sensitive than others” because it has allowed me to grow empathy and help others.

hey :) i also have anxiety and panic attacks at night (in the day too😔) but i found listening to calming music, having a bath before bed, phoning a helpline or watching something cosy on my phone are all very helpful in me getting good sleep. just know that ur not alone and i know how u feel! i really hope u feel better soon, but if not then try other things and i’m sure you’ll find something that works
