It's a big disadvantage when you watch the dub. I never heard Oikawa's sub voice. I only watched sub for season 4, and he wasn't in it at all except for maybe 10 seconds.

@@josephbassatt6201 That's what happens to me after I watch sub. It just helps me understand what's going on if I watch dub first. I wouldn't mind going through and watching anime in sub later on.

Fun fact: the official coach for the Karassuno Volleyball team is actually Takeda. Ukai is the assistant coach. We will see Takeda wearing a sticker on his jacket with C on it indicating he is the coach. He was also the one introduced as the coach during the intro before the shiratorizawa match Maybe fix that?

I THINK THEY PUT TAKEDA SENSEI AS COACH TO GIVING HIM THE CREDIT FOR HARDWORK AS TEAM ADVISOR, HE TRYING SO HARD TO ASK KEISHIN TO BECOMING A COACH AND HE EVEN BEG OTHER SCHOOL TO DO PRACTICE MATCH WITH KARASUNO. SO VIDEO MAKER PUT IT LIKE THAT BECAUSE IN ACTIONS UKAI KEISHIN IS THE ONE WHO COACHING KARASUNO.

@@koureihayashi4718 ya it is a common misconception. Apparentlyin japan, you can't be the coach of a school team if you aren't also a faculty member teaching other subjects. Ukai is strictly coaching but Takeda is also a Japanese Literature teacher or sth. So even though he can't help with volleyball, he is the onlyone who meets the requirement of being a high school coach

I'm a huge Haikyuu fan, I only got 15, but I gotta say it doesn't make me less of a Haikyuu fan. It's one of my favorite animes ever, and it really changed my life, I love them all so ffffing much.
