Claire and Andrew Dickens' baby-sitter, Louise, gets lost while driving them home from the amusement park. As they try to make it back to the main road they run out of gas. Their only option is for Louise to go up to the lone house on the road to use the telephone. When she is in the house for an unusually long period of time, Claire and Andrew make the fatal decision to go up to the house to find her. What greets them is the weirdest party they have been to in their lives and, what's worse, it may be their last.
