I'm a 40 y/o American and I used to watch this with my Grandfather around 30 years ago. It popped up on my feed and I've been watching a few episodes a day. Me and my grandpop watched it again, today. What a great and timeless show. I was thinking that re-booting the show would be a good idea, but this cast is too good and I'd rather just watch the old shows. Brilliant.

I liked Mr. Goldberg initially when he was interviewed and "humbled" the arrogant Corporal, I mean Captain Peacock! Afterwards, Mr. Grace put Goldberg in his place when Goldberg tried to compare his years to Mr. Grace. Grace commented that there was a difference between him and Goldberg. Mr Humpheries telling the man he should’ve watched his socks in lukewarm water when one had shrunk.. the guy says, “I can’t see that” , referring to the label...Mr Humpheries then says,”’of course it’s shrunk!” Then Goldberg gives him his money back ... on one sock!
