Hello again! Big Thank You! Best health channel on the planet! I was curious if you know dr Peter Osborne, he has a channel as well. He is my favorite and most knowledgeable doctor I know until i came across your channel. You're at the top now 😎🌞! Also i was curious what's your thoughts on the term commonly used "everything in moderation" And these other two, coffee and white rice? Thank You ❤ Edit: forgot to mention regarding detox. I agree with you! Our body detoxes all the time sl helping it in every way we can over time is like totally underrated. Hence why processed foods are actually even worse than they appear as those other nutrients they are stripped off doesn't assist in buffering the toxic effects of the foods.

Coffee and white rice are ok in moderation for some but not all. Whereas other things like toxic food additives, or something like that, best to not consume any in moderation. Hope that helps.

the first part of cleance i do on my therapies is colon cleance up to 5 solid bowel movements or more soften gallstones with malic acid then get them out by also relaxing the gallbladder and lower cortisol , and dilate them then after alot of gallstones are releashed the microbiome can be rebalanced much more easyly , at the same time if someone got pituitary or adrenal issues it must be fixed..from the start with bovine supplements and herbs for those glands, then antifungal , and bioflm and in the end is parasites exept if someone got a big infestation and proper binding since pathway is opens, when this is done only then we should adress the lymph it wont detox by rebounding or massages if the person got full of mucus and microbiome problems similar to mold microbiome issues and indigestion will cause .. lymph blockages.. when ohase 1 as i call it is done the liver is fully clean , 50% of liver cleance is colon cleance , just sharing info

Thank you for todays informative share! I whole heartily agree with detoxicifiying. A balanced healthy diet, with the current science of supplements, is key. I use milk thistle, and celery juice in moderation, along with the knowledge of oxalate overloading, and elimination presently.
