Are You consumed ?

We used to think that all forest fires were bad. But now we have discovered that forest fires have unique benefits. We, as believers in Jesus, sometimes need God's fires in our lives to clean us and to open us up to God's restoration. These fires are necessary for us to become all that God wants us to be.
Yet none of us want fires in our lives. We want a pleasant life with no difficulties or problems. Yet these are the exact things that cause us to mature.
The fire is not the problem. It is our unwillingness to suffer that can make them extremely painful.
