I have real issues with walking in faith and believing that Jesus will help me with my shortcomings both physical and spiritual. I 100% believe I am saved and that Jesus died for our sins, but not only do I have depression, anxiety, self-loathing, and self-doubt, but I am also a pessimist so I have a real hard time feeling and believing that my life and I will turn out alright before I meet Him in heaven.

Today I am officially done with God. I am 37 years old, no children, no wife, no home, no car, no nothing. Just a suitcase and a backpack. I still feel that I'm not saved. I know the law but I still struggle with sin. That means my punishment will be more severe. I wish i could believe that I'm saved. I will not give up though. I prayed to God for my Dad also and he died of cancer but I didn't give up on God in my heart I know we will see each other again when Jesus wakes us up. God taught me that sickness and death are going to happen because of Adam and Eve if our family member was going through cancer they were suffering and my dad was in serious pain and trouble eating I didn't want him to suffer it is ok for God to call them to rest not let them suffer. God is so good he didn't like them suffering so he took them and let them rest. You are not alone. God is not done with you yet. Please know that you are not alone in your pain because I also lost my dad to cancer and I am so sorry you are hurting. But losing my dad has drawn me closer to God and I believe God is also there with you. Sometimes when we go through storms, we are closer to God and we will understand his purpose and see him walking through the midst of the storm walking 🚶‍♀️ towards you to catch you.

I can’t imagine the pain of losing a loved one, but I am familiar with pain. I suffered through severe depression and anxiety, and I lost hope. Until one random day after suffering for 4 plus years he took my pain. I think at times we take our sins to the Lord with one hand, but we keep our fears and pain in the other. The Lord wants all of you specially your pain so he can give you peace and love.

I do feel like the one who burned me got away with it....but if it weren't for her I never would've come back to God so as much as the scar still burns me...I mean she has a good paying job. She gets to work with her friends and is enjoying life as far as I know. Meanwhile I'm struggling socially and financially, working at a low rate job and honestly feel like i am in the wilderness. Now i put myself here as it takes two to tango...but because of that I found eternal life and a better and full hearted relationship with God. Gone are the days of me being a half hearted Christian....no more me treating God like a genie. But as the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, my Father, Saviour, and Holy Spirit. I struggle but I can say that hope and strength are easier to find now thanks to God being there and letting me lean on Him and Him taking my hand.

I also love that you teach the bible without fear many christians are like if you're struggling with this you're going to hell. If you do this you're lukewarm and god will send you go the pit of fire. Talk to me, I have been having horrible doubt in my salvation, and when I doubt my salvation it sometimes worsens into thinking that if Jesus is even real, I have countless times tried to come to Jesus saying " I believe your are the son of god, you died on the cross, you rose 3 days later, come into my heart, change my life." But every time I'm praying, there's doubt and I feel like I'm not fully trusting or believing in him. This causes me to feel that im doomed and I want to end it but I can't help but just doubt him, even when I try giving my life to him and saving my seat in heaven. And don’t deserve anything good in this world I was willing to give it all to others, and have absolutely nothing for myself and I purposely sabotage myself because I don’t think I am good. I know the Bible says no one is good no not one. But I also can’t turn away from God either it’s like him being disciplined.
