If you took trillions from the economy and then returned a few pennies for just a couple of months, would that truly warrant celebration? Trudeau’s temporary GST cut on a few items over Christmas for two months seems more like a small token gesture than a real solution to the larger issues at hand. It's a short-term fix that doesn’t address the deeper, long-term financial challenges faced by Canadians.

I live downtown Ottawa there are two pubs they go to after work ; Parliament Pub which is right across the street & Darcy McGee on Spark Street . I worked at a server / bartender at Darcy’s and it was know they go to parliament pub . Or if there a break in caucus they come over for a few points and shots .

I saved the video of a drunk Elizabeth May refusing to hand over the microphone at an elegantly clad audience. It may still be available on YT. Someone commented that he was reminded of those old cartoons in which a shepherd's crook was used to haul an entertainer off the stage. On the temporary tax relief, they charge it in the first place and want a pat on the back for giving the suffering taxpayer some very temporary relief.
