i was near riggins in Kooskia, also a logging town. 40ish people in my class. So much fun in the backwoods, rafting, bonfires, mudding, partying in lookout towers, jumping cars, yeeeeee haw lol. The county (Idaho County) that contains riggins is the largest county in the state and has the least amount of people

Logging: Faller cuts down trees. Bucker cuts off limbs and brush from fallen trees. Choker Setter wraps a cable around log. The cable is attached to a wench on a Skidder, which drags, lifts or "skids" the logs to a staging area called a Landing, where they're loaded onto trucks by a Loader. Shit's dangerous as hell. Faller can get hit by large, unheard branches, Bucker can get rolled over by unstable logs, same w/ the Choker Setter. Fun!
