Regarding HOMELESS: I live in the Bay Area in California... Rent is expensive.... However,....most people are not homeless because rent is too high. It might play a part but it's not the main reason. A great percentage are homeless because:: 1. They never took their school serious as a youth. 2. Wanted 2 party like a rock or rap star & got addicted to alcohol & drugs when in high school or college. After they got addicted they have an entitlement attitude that the government is supposed to take care of them. 3. Went to jail and couldn't cope in jail without being on Psych drugs in order to COPE. Once release they now addicted self inflicted 4 Had too many kid's for a welfare check 5. Loved the street life & fast living 6.Chose an easy major in college that wasn't in demand in the real world. 7. Were stubborn & hard headed & never wanted 2 listen. 8 Thought it was cool being some kind of rebel that refused 2 conform 2 society. 9.Their life priorities were azzbackwards 10. Wanted 2 B a drug dealer 11. Thought going to jail was COOL. 12.Wanted STREET CREDIBILITY now they are living in TENTS! 13. note: Some actually like living in the outdoor elements. Some actually have a apartment to go to. Some also have shelters but don't want to deal with the rules of living in a shelter. Also, providing housing and money for the homeless will not resolve the problem. It's deeper. Some will never be employable. True there are some with employment that are homeless but mixing a person with employment and a person who is on drugs or mental illness together is a recipe for disaster. Within a month the homeless mental illness drug addict will destroy that entire apartment building. Some people will always need supervision and they will never be able to live on their own without supervision....I have witnessed first hand how a person with mental illness/drug addict living in an apartment with a person who is homeless with employment. The mental illness/drug addict caused a fire and destroyed the apartment almost killing people. These R just a few examples.

It's a complicated problem, for sure. And the way it gets resolved will tick off a lot of people. I think it's worth talking about anyways. Thanks for your input!😁

Nice.

Thanks. I was a little disappointed I couldn't come up with a happier topic. Kinda like discussing airplane accidents- not nice to think about, but these things should be dealt with, rather than swept under the rug.

@@superpilotish AOKAY. It must be addressed as it regrettably could get much more prevalent .
