Jai Swaminarayan 🙏 Guruji I have a small doubt hope you will clarify it soon. It is said that we have to do Pooja or we have to meditate in the bramha muhurtham (3.45am-6.00am) also it is compulsory for me to workout in the mornings as in the morning time the oxygen levels are more than in the evening times..So after taking the shower I will meditate and after it when I start the workout my body starts sweating and again I should take a shower in which the meditation is of no use.. so my question is how should I manage the time between the workout and meditation which one I should do first and at what time... ? Hope my question reaches you and I will be waiting for your reply. Pardon me for wasting your precious time by asking these kind of silly questions.. 🙏

Jay Swaminarayan! It's wonderful to see your dedication towards your spiritual practice and physical well-being. Your question is not silly at all, and it's important to find a balance that works for you. Here's a suggestion on how you can manage your time between workout and meditation: Start with a workout: Since you mentioned that working out in the morning is important to you, it's a good idea to prioritize your workout first. You can do your workout immediately after waking up, preferably before sunrise. Take a shower: After your workout, take a refreshing shower to cleanse your body. This will also help you cool down and prepare for your meditation session. Meditate: Once you're done with your shower, you can begin your meditation practice. Find a quiet and peaceful space where you can sit comfortably and focus your mind. You can allocate a specific amount of time for meditation according to your preference and available schedule. By following this sequence, you can ensure that you prioritize both your physical exercise and your meditation practice without compromising either. Remember, the most important thing is to be consistent and maintain a regular routine that suits your needs. Keep up the great work, and may your spiritual journey be filled with peace and enlightenment. Jay Swaminarayan! 🙏

Not to sound offending but... there are different gods in different religions and you just told the ways of how to do "Pooja" according to your own religion. What about the other religions? Are their beliefs false? And also many people question about god's literal existence and have different beliefs of how this world is created... Some say it's all science behind it, some say it's god So i am asking that on what basis and how are you gonna persuade the non-believers of God in believing that God is real with a a valid proof? I wanna know that And sorry if I sound irreligious to you or any offending, i am just curious

Jay Swaminarayan Swami ji My question is Why God does not eat meat and why is it a sin to eat meat and which is the oldest religion
@pranavveersingh71772 жыл бұрын
Because we are Humans , we are not animals in a jungle to hunt and eat a living being
@pranavveersingh71772 жыл бұрын
If we do so then what will be the difference between Humans and animals
@pranavveersingh71772 жыл бұрын
Today people eat meat, Fishes etc May be Humans in future start to eat each other like animals do!
@namankumarverma26292 жыл бұрын
It is a sin as you are killing someone Meat is composed of tamas Guna as it is made by violence (mode of ignorance) Which increases lust , anger , impatience , greed etc Which is responsible for downfall of a man The man which is composed of Tamas Guna can never be loving towards anyone neither he can think pure nor act pure , they how he can love God who is all pure (Satvik Guna) I proudly say That My food is grown and harvested not Born and Killed
