And then why did one of the employee fired this Trump attorney and decided to cooperate with the DOJ once he learned that the prosecutor was investigating for a perjury ? That perjury was, by the way, proven later by video footage. And if you compare that with what Costello had to say in the New York trial, it makes the case of his trial in New York even more stronger. He's been using his lawyers to hide things from the justice. And obstruction of justice and perjuries are felonies who send you in jail. Contrary to most search warrants, he was warned in advance that the FBI was coming and asked to gather all the documents in a place so the FBI could retrieve it. He then instructed his employees to move some of the documents away and then instructed his laywers to lie the FBI certifying that ALL the documents were handed over, and he did it twice. If Trump considered that he had the right to posses those documents. He still had to hand them over and then file a lawsuit requiring them back. That's the right a legal way to do it. It's crazy to think he can't even do such simple things lawfully.

Read the report, Hurr never said that he could not bring a case against the president, he said that the president couldn't stand trial. Hurr is a seasoned lawyer with a flawless record and he's competitive why would he bring a case that couldn't be won due to the jurisdiction and where the trial would be held? He's saying that a jury "would see him as a well intentioned old man with a poor memory" not that his assessment was that he was a well intentioned old man with a poor memory. Theres a difference.
