I try to be in the growth zone but im sure ive becomes trapped in the comfort zone. I was an addict for all my adult life. 9yrs recovered from it now. But the after effects and the things i was trying to mask with the drugs are almost more than i can bare. Whisper my name to the Lord and ill do the same. 😎🕊🇺🇲

It can be helpful to have something healthy you do, when those times come. For example, pray, sing, clean the house, cook, paint, gardening, etc.

I have a small garden every year. The gardening is nice because one gets out in the sunshine and fresh air. And you know you put no chemicals on your vegetables. However, what you buy may have chemicals put on the town bought vegetables.
