Moonsilver Key is a great tutor. Can find everything from Metalworker to Mana Crypt to Forsaken Monument. Expedition Map is also a great tutor that takes advantage of all of the utility lands. Urza’s Saga is also a tutor for ramp or graveyard hate, etc.

Somewhat agree however I’d rather praetors grasp or trophy mage or trinket mage or tribute mage. Imo unless you are In kinnan or another super artifacts activated abilities matters deck, moonsilver key isn’t that good. 3 mana + a card to get your mana crypt isn’t good. The t mage cycle you at least get a body out of it.

i built a graaz deck and its so freaking fun. the deck is loaded with low cost weenies and cards that generate 1/1's on ETB. Cards like monkey cage, myr battlesphere, and thopter assembly bring in 1/1s that become 5/3 with graaz out

Eye of vecna is by far my favorite colorless card draw option. It's always on a rate of 2 mana per card, and you can use it or not on your upkeep every time.

skullclamp is a pretty rad colorless card draw option IMO, you can always make thopters or myr just to kill them off for two cards .

I'm making a set of decks that are tribal for each color and Decided to make a colorless deck as well. I decided on Liberator to head a colorless Eldrazi deck, I made a red dragon deck and white angel deck several years ago, and within the last year finally made a black demon deck and green worms (wasn't sure what to run for green but then the new Baru came out) but I'm still deciding on the Blue deck, though I'm thinking about Slinn Voda and instead of doing just one tribe run several for the deck to even out the power level with the other decks a little bit.

Magara's time, titan's presence, meteor golem, Urza's tome, arcane encyclopedia, sunspeaker crystal, environmental science, and wandering Archaic. Plus your land removal with field of ruin or if you wanna get really nasty Dust bowl. Well of discovery and Mercadian atlas. Oh and Karn scion of Urza.

Just getting into magic and noticing up until rather recently theyre trying to make colorless its own thing so what i get now is -red: fast burn burn -green: punch good -white: i do everything poorly -black: suicide is always an option if you can revive yourself -blue: NO -colorless: yeah thattll be 40 plus tax for that

The flute is an mvp in any deck that uses a lot of creatures with x in their casting cost. I have it in my hydra deck and boy does it whirrrrr.

Kurkesh was my spec I bought into from a year ago! I thought he will definitely become popular with all the artifact love in Brother's War. Got 20 foil Kurkesh for about a dollar each, and guess what? Still a dollar 🤣🤦‍♂️

So many of those utility lands are cheaper than buying Wastes, too. So if you just need colorless mana coming in untapped, don't forget about the pennies for Terminal Moraine.

I am relatively new to Magic so forgive me if this is an obvious answer. In a colorless deck why would you use something like Wayfarer's Bauble when you could just put another land in your deck instead? It feels like a waste to add an item that is essentially giving me a land when I could have just added the land from the beginning and get it onto the battlefield for free.

because you can only play one land per turn. wayfarer's bauble will get you 4 lands on turn 3.

Oh Are WOTC going to finally do it and make Wastes a Basic Land instead of a weird limbo ''Non'' basic?, sigh... Been mentioning that since they first introduced us to Wastes ;P

They've always been basic? Wtf? They just don't have a land type (you know, like most lands don't) since that would break previous mechanics that count the number of basic land types (such as domain, which just came back). The only difference between Wastes and, say, a Forest is that Wastes actually says on the card "Tap: Add colorless." and the Forest has no text, because the basic land type "Forest" has in its rules text that it can tap for green.
