My inflamation and knee pain and stiffness has been lessening significantly since following Dr. Kuhn, especially since also following eating foods that reduce or eliminate inflamation. I love her 'stair drill' that I do daily and have increased from the 10 reps to 12 and will do more and more!

Dr. Kuhn, what a great helpful video! I've consistently doing exercises from my past PT session last year and they are helpful but I'm experiencing some stiffness when I'm stationary in one position for a good amount of time. Found out from this video......variety and increase resistance were key points I needed to change up and increase and improve my Knee OA. Thank you for this video!

I’m so sick of people telling me to walk! I did do exercise a lot and did side to side steps. Getting cortisone shots then it’s surgery 😢

There can be a time and a place for surgery once conservative measures have been attempted. I wish you luck on your journey ❤️

I found biking 1 hour more safe for rather than walk😂 1 hour even OA and other diagnose issues also such as meniscus tear, ITB, bursitis by MRI I got.

Isn't it the Fascias that get thicker to protect the body? Slow stretches that don't irritatate the fascias & lengthen them would help wouldn't they?

How can I reduce my swollen knee I have bone on bone bilaterally and my left knee is always swollen. I’m having difficulty walking freely and I’m terrified of having surgery., Thank you!

It really depends on what is leading to the swelling. Many times, trying different move my s and adding in some variety can be a big help to swelling as long as the moves aren’t flaring up pain.

What about the exercise machine, the Scoop? It goes side to side..would that help? I have bone on bone both knees..left is much worse and I really don't want surgery.
