How we will subtract the excess number from multiple required number and add remaining value in other cell in 1 formula. Eg we made 1 attendance sheet in excel using 8 hours per day, if in any cell showing more than 8 hrs would be consider overtime. So please explain me the formula if more than 8 hr showing (suppose it is showing 9, 11, 10, 10 in a month. I want to add excess number respectively 1, 3, 2, 2)
