In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of our correctional facility while assisting the public with their inquiries and needs.

As a Corrections Technician, you will handle various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Your essential functions will include providing accurate information to the public and answering inquiries related to inmate housing, locations, statuses, and visiting hours. Additionally, you'll register and monitor the public for video visits with inmates, process authorized open records requests, and maintain well-organized records and documents.
