As a native English speaker I feel that a few of these questions can be answered with some of the other answers given lol lowkey some natives would use some of the other answers given too

"to find an agreement" should be an accepted answer as well or am I completely wrong about that?
@EnglishTestBlog Жыл бұрын
The phrase "to find an agreement" is not considered grammatically correct in standard English usage. The issue lies with the verb "find" being used with "an agreement." Instead, the appropriate verb to use in this context is "reach", "arrive at", or "come to." The reason "to find an agreement" is not correct is that the verb "find" typically implies discovering or locating something that already exists. However, an agreement is not something that can be found like a physical object. It is a result of a negotiation or discussion between parties.

You're welcome! Your knowledge and understanding of the topics covered in the quiz are impressive. It's incredible how well-prepared you were, with just a couple of unfamiliar phrases. Don't be discouraged by those two items; instead, see them as exciting opportunities for growth and expansion of your knowledge. I would like to share the definitions and example sentences for these two words. 1. "To discharge from hospital": Explanation: This phrase refers to the act of releasing a patient from a hospital or medical facility after treatment or recovery. Example sentence: The doctor decided to discharge the patient from the hospital since their condition had significantly improved. 2. "To remand in custody": Explanation: This phrase is used in the legal context and refers to the act of detaining an individual in custody before or during a trial or legal proceedings. Example sentence: The judge ruled to remand the suspect in custody until further evidence could be gathered for the trial. These examples illustrate the usage of these phrases in their respective contexts. Remember, mastering new expressions enhances your language skills and allows you to communicate more effectively in various situations. Keep up the great work in expanding your vocabulary!

I'm an English speaker who never read a single grammar theory just observed and learnt over the years. I got 11 out of 12. '"Criteria"' was wrong for me. I thought cause it's ""ARE"" so it has to be Criteria'S', I had no idea 'that the plural of Criteria was Criterion. Thank you and please let me know how i did on this test ? (also based on the structure I'm trying) And if anybody can share a well structured course to improve my grammar? I can do pretty good i think but i have no technical knowledge of it whatsoever. Thank you in advance

I am Entry 3 English language student.what level is it c1 ?
@EnglishTestBlog Жыл бұрын
Entry 3 is not equivalent to the C1 level in English language proficiency. The entry level system and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels are different ways of categorizing language proficiency. The Entry 3 level typically refers to a basic or intermediate level of English proficiency, focusing on foundational skills such as vocabulary, grammar, and basic communication. On the other hand, C1 level on the CEFR scale represents an advanced level of proficiency. It involves a broader range of language skills, including complex vocabulary, advanced grammar, and the ability to understand and express ideas fluently in various contexts. While Entry 3 is a significant milestone in your language learning journey, it is still a step below the C1 level. However, with continued dedication, practice, and further study, you can work towards reaching higher levels of English proficiency. Keep up the hard work, and you will progress steadily towards achieving your language goals!

@EnglishTestBlog Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question. After the verb "adapt to", we use a noun. In the first question, "changing market condition" functions as a noun phrase rather than a verb.

@EnglishTestBlog Жыл бұрын
@@Jrmy_IMF.20 Typically, "addicted to" is used to describe an intense dependence or obsession with a noun or a noun phrase, rather than a verb.
