This video 100% needs more exposure. People need to be more cautious about where they input their cc info. Xsolla is used by many gaming companies, but I’ve always thought they were a bit notorious for not issuing refunds and they will also share your info with the gaming companies.

I brought this up in a bugs post in the forum a month ago. My PayPal always has a different zip code preentered that is different than what mine is. Kabam didn’t address it. Someone is actively trying to get into my PayPal with an incorrect zip code. I wish Kabam personally helped me. I guess my post didn’t blow up like simula’s. Oh well. I don’t trust kabam 100%.

Not for anything but kabum only helped him because he’s in an alliance that pretty much 1/3 work for kabum. And he himself is in the CCP. If that was a regular player from a no name alliance kabum would have done not a damn thing.

Man I bought the package for $199 and the units never showed up to my account. I had to make them refund me the entire deal. 1st and last time. I used Klarna because I didn't trust it enough to use my cc so I could cancel at any time.

Frankly, this is why I don't use the web store. Despite the great bargain, it always seemed sketch and not worth it. I go in, claim my free crystals, and that's it.

Yeah, I have only used web store once, my phone sugsested I used google pay or whatever it is, my card isnt connected to xsolla, not that Im scared but these thingss always do stir things up as they should

So kabam helping simula is a good news. But if it were someone not an youtuber, would they go out of their way to help out? This is where my problem lies with them. They only hear or try to make decisions based on known faces. For example, my account is bigger than simula, if this happened to me and write a ticket to kabam. I would have just got standard replies from their team and i would have no clue how to reach further. And on forums you can't write these issues and expect help from their end. Also being in a country like India doesn't help either. They should have more support channels so that ppl with grievances find a way and solution appropriately
