The KV-2 had been decommissioned by 1942. The Hetzer entered service in 1944 and was the most successful tank destroyer in 1944-1945 by kill ratio. Just like in this game.

I had the KV2... Mine never seemed capable of staying alive long enough to even keep it. But I am in the US madhouse sever... Maybe the Canadian or EU servers allow someone to have good games in a KV2... But I wouldn't know...

i hate it the tank. KV2 is overrated af. nowhere near as good as people make it out to be. is slow af, made of wetcardbord and the gun cant hit for shit. These monster games that get posted to YT are one in a hundred and they're the exception not the norm. i strongly believe that it's the worst tank in the game with an undeserved repution

@@razvananghel7492 more like 1 in 5000 i have 5or 600 games in kv2 and the only 1 i recall that was good was the first game 1 first shot zeroed a full heath cromwel way way more games no pin and hitting any thing that was not in my face never happens on the other hand ive kilt more then a few in tier 4 t-80 and yet in other games the wet cardbord somehow bounces tier8 skorpG with 310 pin thanks RN fuc you G the game is 100% bullshit

That's the one thing that hasn't changed with WG over the years,. the Russ tank bias. Track not penned isn't new. It's another one of those results in the long list of no pens,( they have to make 'em so you don't think it's the same thing), so that you'll spend some money.

the gun on kv2 in the old days could hit 2 or 3 tanks at the same time as far as that track shot went from 6 feet away it should have blown the tracks to hell and kilt 2 crew much less some how bounce

To be honest though, that's kind of how tanks battles were fought. You put 1 round through the hull or turret and the tank was dead. Unless you're a sherman going against a tiger that is.

Ah the old Tiger v Sherman chestnut, you know 99% of Sherman tanks and crews never fought a Tiger, there were so few on the battlefield they made no actual virtual difference to any battle.

@@badrobot2478 over 50,000 shermans fought in ww2. At 99% that means 500 faced and fought tigers. 127M soldiers were mobilized by the allies. With 4 soldiers in the supply chain for every 1 on the battlefield that means that only 20% saw combat.

I t most certainly Relevant! I Love mine, and I said Love NOT Lovve lolz....mid tiers are a blast to play. I stopped grinding lines almost a year ago, it's simply not worth it as the premiums have all of the advantage. Now that they're bringing out Premium T10 this year I imagine I'll start playing T10's again, but the tech tree's are no longer relevant. I've seen so many top tiers get taken out by T8 premiums over the course of the past 18 months that I see no point to grind anything, not even for top of the tree.

The most damage i done this last few years in my KV-2....is by ramming. 95% MM i get this days is being a lower tier to fight against tier VII and VIII. Can't do jack sh*t with solid crew,equipment and gold ammo.The days of good times with KV-2 are gone for me.

KV2, back in the day, was a popular fail platoon tank. I could face tier 10 tanks, and it didn't care. KV2 was deadly to all tanks at all tiers. But then they changed HE to be non exploding and everything changed. Think about that for a minute. High explosive is no longer explosive. And WG thought this was a good idea. And to this day, still thinks they did the right thing. I wonder how long it will take WG to pull it's head out of it's ass to see how wrong they really are. I didn't hear a "POP" yet... So the heads are still way up there.
