I am currently driving semi truck across the country for work. I was planning on watching my church live on youtube but have decided its best for me to find a church to go to on sundays while im on the road. I believe the assembly is important to stay away from backsliding for myself.

I travel for work as well. Going in person does help a lot. I feel I get an impartation of the spirit when i go. I feel so much stronger. You can also get prayer in person as needed. So helpful. 🙏

Noah, that's a good message. Regarding the "not looking back", does that mean just our sinfulness in the past? Or, just simply not looking back on your life, both good and bad! So, just keeping our sights forward on CHRIST like the Apostle Peter walking out onto the water while looking at CHRIST? GOD speed!

Hey guys... I believe "not looking back" is to do with longingly looking back at sin and desiring it. Looking back to remember what the Lord has done is different. Why I say this is that remembrance of what the Lord has done is a big deal, and it's where our testimony comes from. Revelation 12:11 KJV "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." Our Testimony is of course the gospel of Christ, but I believe our personal testimony of how the Lord delivered us counts also remembrance of what the Lord has done can be an act of worship, similar to thanksgiving. The book of Deuteronomy is almost all about remembrance ❤ Deuteronomy 4:9 HCSB “Only be on your guard and diligently watch yourselves, so that you don’t forget the things your eyes have seen and so that they don’t slip from your mind as long as you live. Teach them to your children and your grandchildren.

Just to share my own thought: I've recently come to the conclusion that the narrow path is about letting go of ALL the past and everything we've identified with, whether we consider it bad or good. It's a step into Christ at 100% (dead to our old self, alive to Christ).

Don’t get discouraged by the comments or what people say you’re on the 2-4 tops of channels on KZbin where I think the people are true believers , not perfect obviously but I do believe they truly believe and trust in the Lord. Unfortunately many of these “Christians” nearly all, 99.9% of them would be classified as “ the synagogue of Satan” Jesus referred to so long ago.
