1.Banana peel can make a good mask when rub on face. 2.banana has high potassium.. That reduces sodium. 3.They have triglyceride that help to regulate sugar. 4.They can make tea. 5.They have high fiber and hence good in digestion/bloating. 6.Drinking of water that boils the raw banana helps in relaxing nerves and hence gives quality sleep. 7.madasu manenoz😉

Plantain banana is the best. Esp when it's little ripe. I like frying it with a pan with omelette. It's yummy for breakfast.

Wow I really could have enjoyed this video if a little bit more English had been intertwined. I don't know kikuyu language. Not trying to say speak English only, for sure not. I just wish you could interject a few more English words so that we can have a better understanding of what is being said. Seems to be very good information. Just wish I knew what it was😂.
