1. It's the Raygun, a Railgun is a completely different type of weapon that isn't even in SAKTKIA51. 2. They can survive not just 1 Raygun bullet (Is it a bullet or a different type of ammunition altogether?) But several. The soldiers are stronger than the killers, which I'm pretty sure defeats the purpose of the killers being there in the first place.
