My Areca was doing fine the 2 days I was spraying the solution on it. When I wiped the stem and leaves 3rd day after seeing this video, the whole plant wilted on the same day, and died later on😭 I don’t think it can withstand this much touching

The brown spots on the Areca palm is natural and it helps to identify the species, Do not wipe this as per the video. Just wipe the leaves with a mild dishsoap to remove dust and if there is any insect issues

Does spraying only work? Because my Areca was not having too much fungus, yet I switched from spraying only to wiping it with the same solution like this, and it died on the same day 😢
