ARECANUT PROCESSING AFTER HARVEST. SECRETs OF FARMING.

My first narration video. Please comment for any suggestions.
Arecanut is used as a chewing agent mixed with bettle leaves with other ingredients for good digestion which is called pan. Its a expensive product and widely grown across India in commercial farming.
These are harvested from trees which are as thin as a full grown bamboo shoot and grows tall as a coconut tree. In a single year 2-3 harvests are done from a single tree.

Howany kilos of dry arecanut obtained from one quintal of wet arecanut

Usually around 16-17 kg of dried and processed is obtained from 1 quintal of Arecanut.
