Ahahaha fragalance!!! I love your humor. How have I not discovered your channel long ago. KZbins stupid algorithm. But I’m here now and I really appreciate your content. This video is very important especially because I am struggling with which ones to buy tomorrow. If I can only afford two or 3 then I need to be very careful. This is one time I wish my credit cards weren’t maxed out. Coz I would love to buy all 7. I buy perfume for myself to enjoy, not to re sell. And this is why Russian Adam keeps the prices down so more ppl can enjoy beautiful perfumery. He’s said it angers him too when ppl buy up a lot of bottles just to resell for double and triple the price.

If you think about the open mkt pricing that folks are willing to pay double or tripple it actually means thats what they are inherently worth ... we are just blessed Russian adam is keeping a ceiling on the price for us.. he could ask more and I know people would pay it in a heart beat... plus since he lives in Indonesia his costs are low 😊

What a gorgeous video.Russian Adam is a genius.. brother Ramsey I know you like Indian oud,Ajmal had a 3ml oud called saif al hind,the best natural oud the most animalic and to me ajmal’s oud is one of the best in the game,I fortunately have 4 bottles of those I would love to send you one so you can experience it,I can take it to brother Anooj’s store when I’m back to Canada,of course if he doesn’t mind including it in your next purchase..fabulous reviews

@@zaindotm4094 brother I don’t think it’s easy to get in North America,the ajmal website has it but I’m not sure if they ship worldwide,if you can’t find any I don’t mind sending you one for free if you really like Indian oud.I’ve paid $300 Canadian for each even though it’s only around $200 CAD on their website.but trust me that quality if it was coming from any other brand they would be charioting over $1500 per 3ml. few months back I ordered 3ml of what was suppose to be a 120 year old wild indian oud from kalka ,order it from a very known and trusted brand,it smelled amazing but when I sent it to the lab I usually deal with in Montreal,it came back that it contains less than 25% of real vintage wild oud and I don’t even know if it’s kalkassi.cheers

Fragalance. Had to chuckle a little. Russian Adam made a whopping 1000 sample sets. Wow. Then he will be doing his single-bottle release a few weeks out from today, the sample set launch. That's a lot of work, but we will be able to choose which bottles we want, plus it will help cut into those scalper's profits. Russian Adam has to be one of the best things that have happened in the perfume world. I am so happy that the both of you collaborate. Hint hint nudge nudge. I'm interested in Mysore Incenza, and also Al Majmua as you, and Malik al Motia. edit. Just ordered a sample set. Will get decants and partials, plus a FB or two.

Hi Ramsey, I blind ordered Al Majmua from Areej a few days ago. It is available for $190. Your review has spoken most positively from the few I watched.. So looking forward to it. He is an artist. I like his work quite a bit more than even Bortnikoff. The Gothic vib of some of his frags like Grandinia are transportive.

Hi Ramsey, My Al Majmua came in. Yeah, I like it. It's a bit soft, as I lost my sense of smell from covid 2 years ago. It's only 80% back. So softer frags I struggle to pick up nuances. I do love a great green herbal, which this is. My #1 green herbal frag is Dior Granville. This reminded me of Granville, but it's more woody. Also reminded me in the open of French Lover, galbanum, Vetiver, and Florentine Iris. I think in the warm weather it will shine brighter for me. It's quite different from the other 2 Areej frags I have, Siberian Musk and Grandinia. I think I'm satisfied, will be enough Areej, except "Antiquity" really interests me. I love how Grandinia transports me to an old time, Gothic. I heard Antiquity does that as well.

@@RamseytheRam Hey, my friend, Diaghilev is very good, but I cannot tell is it better from vintage Bel Ami, or not. They are in the same league ; high above many other chypres. Diaghilev is a match when I listen classical music (it's a vintage music), so it would be great to wear him during the opera Carmen ! And of course, Jubilation for women is another rich chypre. I like that Diaghilev's projection isn't huge and the longevity is ! Maybe Aventus as a fruty chypre was great in 2010. , but for me, Diaghilev is better.

I adore Oud Monarch, I have a back up bottle. I love Bortnikoff. I have quite a few Bortnikoff fragrances. I didn’t discover Areej La Dore til late 2020 so I missed out on Russian oud. I’d love to buy a bottle or decant but nobody will ever sell any . I guess u got lucky . I can’t wait til the Areej fragrances drop tomorrow . I can’t afford to buy all 7. But maybe 2. Or 3 if the price is not so steep. But yeah Beauty and the beast is one Id love to buy. I hope he doesn’t sell out. His website crashes a lot. When everyone is buying at same time

Russian Adam was very good for me, now Im waiting for the first Adam..(better 3 goods that 7 without notes in the official web site). And the best you can't take because is out of stock (one of this is Russian oud). Not is linear, in this I prefer Bortnikoff because I can buy every time.

I know what you mean... the biggest downside with the way Russian Adam does his frag releases are the limited availability... but that is also one of the biggest advantages if you can snag a bottle 🤌🤌🤌

Beautifully actually.. the dry down was my favorite part the animalic oud arrives 4 to 5 hours into the wear but it is beautiful 😊

I just got my sample set. This is my first time trying Areej Le Dore. The ones that smell more masculine don’t smell good to me (soily like Zoologist fragrances), but the ones that smell more feminine are incredible. I think he’s marketing his creations to the wrong people. He would get so much business marketing to women.

This 7th collection the history of attar collection is one of his air-ier lighter collection ... if you smell any of his earlier work you see it is much more targeted to men but I think many of his creations are unisex 😊

@@RamseytheRam I wish I could try the older ones….. Ambre de Coco is my favorite of the ones I have tried, but to me it’s like a 1920’s womens powder room (in the best way). I love the smell but I don’t want to wear it myself. The jasmine-heavy one is incredibly photorealistic, and the oud rose one is authentic to the extreme (too eastern for my tastes)

His previous creations are very oudy, very musky, very dense… I can’t see too many women wearing them on themselves but it depends on the woman. This latest collection is a bit of a new approach. I’m a woman and I have tried many of the ALDs and Ensar Ouds… a few are perfect for me but most are too masculine too strong too barbershop.

Does "Lao Oud" or "Oud Monarch" have any similarities to Russian Oud by Areej Le Dore

No they are totally different fragrances to my nose... there are slight similarites between Lao Oud & Oud Zen (or even the newer Oud Zhen) but even those are pretty different.... i have never smelled Areej le Doré coffee based fragrance called Oud Luwak thought... maybe that is even closer to Lao Oud 🤷‍♂️

Sound lovely, that image of after the first rains certainly sparks an emotion in me. Sure I've seen the kids and women run outside and dance while laughing as the rain falls while I was in the Middle East. Only thing is any cause for celebration would be followed by males of various ages get their firearms out and shoot wildly in the air! Beirut....yep Uzi's at the ready shooting up in the air while driving a pick up truck.... because it's raining. Baghdad, Kalashnikovs rapid firing in the sky whilst dancing.... because it's raining. Sana'a whatever make of sub machine firing wildly in all directions followed by my knife is bigger than yours! All because it was raining. Give me heavy rain after a dry spell in any Western city anytime...petrichor I love it. Rapid gunfire that's one I don't miss. Off on a tangent here, in case that one wasn't enough. My Son had a birthday recently....do you ever find yourself sniffing the party poppers after they have popped? Absolutely gorgeous....hit Russian Adam with that for his next line! 😆

I dont decant or sell my collection... Russian oud is a 🦄s 🦄 (unicorns unicorn) 😂 Notoriously hard to find ... a true unicorn in the pure sense of the word.. unfortunately ... you will have to make connections... keep the cash set aside so you can pounce at a moments notice if a bottle ever comes up 🍻
