This is an amazing guide. The best part is that it didn't use any comparisons to overwatch. It is a bit overwhelming if you dip into too many characters. Trust me your gonna want to focus maybe on one e or 2 characters of each role to start then if you want to branch out from there you can once you master those. Its also perfectly fine to pick one character every game and know nobody else. That's the beauty of it

Well I am coming from OverWatch so I am used to 30+ characters. What I would do is I would play every single character in the practice range, choose which one I find easy/good to play and I go from there. Consistently bring in other characters into your rotation is good as well as playing characters you don't usually play.

Wolverine has 2 movement skills, both of which are also attacks. So he doesnt really have a good way to get into the fight and still get out. So he either wins or dies, no inbetween.

As slow as magneto is, I find myself stalling with him and utilizing him the most in make or break situations. Especially if someone else has the shark or Adam warlock (soul bind) magneto pretty much is invincible if used correctly. Close range engagements tho (especially against a GOOD venom user) be CAUTIOUS. Amazing vid!!

I noticed melee characters have extremely underwhelming damage. I remember playin as Wolverine with a Psylock on the enemy team, felt like she outDPSed me even at my range.

Psylocke has high damage and Wolverine is more of a tank than a DPS. (I thought Wolverine was a vanguard as of writing this, oops. I’d still say he’s much of a tanky character over a DPS though.)

You can really demolish a team, if you utilize his moves and combos properly (don't spam m1s). Not to mention his passives are pretty good, you just have to be aware on some limitations like teammates not pushing or counter picks such as any flying characters. Overall, try him out more he can do really well, cuasing mayhem in the game.

Im playing the game on a trackpad, but its honestly not as difficult to play on trackpad as other games like valorant(trackpad doesn't even work on valo), CS2 etc. All I have to do is increase sensitivity a little and its almost similar to mouse gameplay. I'm truly surprised by the amount of depth and complexity some of those hero kits have and the crazy mobility options (compared to other hero shooters), they are definitely easy to use but quite hard to master, and I think the resource management aspect is going to help balance a lot of the heroes without requiring any heavy handed changes to their kits.

Honestly the hulk and winter soldier both perfectly fit my playstyle hulk allows me to get up close as a tank for damage but also heal my teammates and smash opponents and winter soldier allows me to deal precision damage up close and from a distance dr.strange is also nice i just dont understand all of his abilities yet and the scarlet witch is nice as well the the girl with skates and the other magic guy adam are also perfect for engaging in fights and also healing everyone i feel like its just fun rn discovering how to play different styles while also figuring out the game before people start try harding with whatever some KZbinr says is meta

This game is Overwatch on super steroids, love the complex character kits, crazy mobility, great artstyle, 3rd person camera, destructible environments.. and the fun feel reminded me of the early days of Overwatch. Been playing it off and on for a day and a half. Fun game reached level 15. But I see why I never played games like this online free to play shooters. All them hours? And I'm leveling up. I'm not getting stronger no upgrades just skins you got to buy. And I'm like what's the point? Nothing wrong with playing for fun hell that's why most play games. But upgrades would have been cool once you level up to feel like you actually doing something. Buy overall I love what they did no hero or villian plays the same to me. These designs are so interesting, I didn't expect that. Characters gamestyles from other shooter mobas seem bland i safe in comparison. Makes me think, that Marvel Rivals is more like DOTA of 3d mobas :)
