There's some explanation and lore on tv stations, so there's is a clash between two factions the first one is *white wolf squad* (bot with yellow-black gorkha outfit) who own the tv stations and defend it as their operation base then second faction and the attacker is *Blackgold international* (bot with midnight blue MilSpec Jacket with Hood) people *Blackgold International* also lead by 3 bosses and make it bosses in tv station (Kurt, Rolf, and Bernard) they breach and attack tv station because they got intel that tv station has underground lab where this virus was make and made the war in Kamona. And thats why you see these bots in tv stations, and It should be a faction missions when you can get for tv stations (but i think AB:I haven't start to introduce factions yet)

Yeah, it's so weird getting TV before Port and the Factions, makes it feel like one of the core reasons why TV even Exists is missing, the first time I was introduced to TV was when I was fighting for it and getting my head Chopped off by Rolf(Then I went Black Gold forever)

Gresk wasn’t using TV Station as their base, no one really “owns” the place, Toland built a lab in its basement and was running human experiments there for Utopia, which is not clear what it is yet but it’s either a biological weapon or some sort of super soldier enhancement drug, both factions are here to collect intel on what exactly were Toland working on, which we now know is the Utopia, Toland left before either faction got to the place, Gresk’s advanced teams reached it first, BlackGold came a step late, that’s why in the S3 cinematic Kurt said to Kayla that there shouldn’t be people here, since it was abandoned after the civil war wraps up.

The conflicts in Kamona wasn’t caused by Utopia too, it’s a civil war, the committee stepped in during the Sumek crisis, hashed out an agreement and divided Kamona into North and South, the area in between is the darkzone, where the game takes place.

Story wise introducing TV Station first can make sense, though it definitely lacks buildup, the Port story doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things, that can be told later, TV Station has more to do with the grander story of Kamona civil war and the conflicts between factions, and it’s an easier map to remake into PC, that’s probably why.

They might nerf it hard because on Mobile it'd at least 20 durability minimum if you get a Headshot but the helmets are still gonna be 40, it is a Free T4 but you still have to repair it and cause perma Damage on the durability points
