Of all the SEVA suits, the V variant is the best stat wise. Just due the sheer volume of rad protection and its lightweight. Put a Compass on it and you can almost rival the protection of an exo. While still offsetting the weaknesses of all Exos.

You can sell the red broken ones in a garage across from the medic (lakhmitnyk, in English it will be... garbager?) It sells cheap, but if its just two steps from where you are, why not.

You can't he must have used a cheat and or mod. The maximum carry weight is 140

It's in the back of the weapon repair guy business oddly enough. The store box connects to other bed areas as well

Actually, go back up to Arnie, there is a chair right there in his room that you can "sleep" on, no need to run all the way back to your bed.
