To be honest, Me and my friend refers them either by their ability, easily identifiable features or using the name of someone similar to the characters. Princess Frost? Elsa, easy. Kui? Franco from MLBB or I like to call him KuiKui cause I need to put a cute name on a scary thing. Ming? Evil Estes. Libai? I call him Cibai, a curse word used by Malaysian which is funny enough one letter off from Libai. Also who the hell decided that he needs that many invulnerabilities in his kit? That bastard always disappears at the last moment either as an ally or as enemy.

@@Zuhfnyr what laziness and shit? English and Spanish come from latin, and the majority of the west world uses spanish and English so those names are easy. Of course it's easier to remember Hercules, Caesar or Apollo (which we are used to) than Liu Shan (or whatever the robot kid is called). If you are Chinese, Chinese names will be easier for you for obvious reasons. What were you expecting? They even had to cut Ming's name or Arli's because we are not used to Chinese!

Both Games are from Timi studios,and Tencent,but AoV is somehow is own also by Garena but overall they are Sister /Brother games ... AoV is inspired from HoK and was developed by Timi studios hope Tencent help not just HOK and Wildrift but AOV too may they bring back the Old AOV hero graphics a much real one,the new graphics are like anime, or cartoony...

AoV was the international/global port of HoK/SoK since HoK was China-exclusive back then. That's why if you're an AoV player you're pretty much familiar of the playstyles of most HoK heroes! I'm slowly climbing to grandmaster one last push!!

My Thoughts on AoV vs HOK heroes that i have played 1. AoV Diaochan Bad, HOK Frost better 2. I like Xiang Yu better than Thane from AoV 3. Dian Wei(Berserker) imo is better since he is much tankier than Zanis from AoV 4. Mganga and Chemist i think there;s not much change 5. I find alice better than Sun bin 6. Ormarr from AoV is kinda broken since his stun has no Cooldown like Wuyan that can only happen every 8 second 7. i find Liu Shan better than Omega 8. Elephant guy has less supportive capabilites whilst sleeping whale guy is more of a supportive hero bcz their ults are different 9. Violet and lady Sun are same skill wise But i like Violets Design more 10. I do not like how they portrayed daji in HOK like i have played other MOBA where Daji is done better .. So veera is better here imo design wise. 11. i like Gildur better bcz his Ult radius is little bigger than Mozi also Gildur ult happens instantaneously Mozi has a little bit of delay But Mozi has better Skill 2 12. Zephys and Zilong are same 13. Krixi and loli Xiao Qiao have same skill set. i have no preference here 14. Luban no.7 i like him better bcz he is unique design 15. Voidkeeper is just better than Grakk 16. I like Laville better Both skill wise and Design wise... Laville skill 2 is much better than hou yi;'s Skill 2 17. Dirak is way superior to Nuwa(i used to be Servers Best dirak in AoV But disappointed in Nuwa too much efforts but less pay off) 18. What can i say Qi is waifu reminds me of sasha from AoT 19. Capheny used to be broken but not anymore so i prefer Meng ya here 20. I like Zata's Design better here. 21. Yea like Ata better here 22. Elandorr much better here bcz his Design better + the audio feedback on his abilities and auto are done better. 23. Amily my fav waifu from AoV ...YEP she > kai 24. Yena and Mulan they kinda same ,,,no preference here 25. 200% hayate is way better Design and Done better here His Auto attacks Go through minions whlist Marco polo doesnt 26. I like Fang better than Fennik here 27. I like Angela better than Natalya not bcz of Design but her kit feels much better than Natalya for some reason even tho they are same 28. Wukong from HOK does not have Invisibility whilst Wukong from AoV has Invisiblity which is kinda Broken But AoV Wukong does not have Shield/Skill block instead he has some defence in his skill 2. Both have some pros and cons. 29. Nothing to say about Arthur they both same 30. I like Mai Better bcz her passive feels much better than Raz 31. I like Nakaroth better here 32. Cresht better here bcz u dont have to build rage meter but design wise beast is better 33. Kriknak and Nakaruru ....i prefer Krik bcz when he uses his ult he doesnt make too much sound like nakaruru with her eagle 34. I like Tulen better 35. i like Omen better here 36. I like Ryoma design better 37. I like Diaochan from HoK better than Lauriel in terms of kit fluidity 38. JOKER > Consort Yu anyday 39. Miyamoto Musashi better than Airi from AoV ...His kit simply superior to Airi 40. LIlliana is kinda OP in AoV ...cant say same about Tigerous 41. I like Murad better here.. 42. Lubu and Maloch no preferences 43. Batman and Lanling No preferences 44. Arum and Eclipse No Preferences 45. Aya and Yaria ...cant say cuz the game got banned before she got released in my country 46. Yue and Gangjang No preferences PS. Heroes that i have not talked about means i have not played their counterpart in HOK

In my opinion aov developers tone down the difficulty level of the heroes, like no 4th skill rule and other high skill cap heroes. Only difficult hero I think aov has is Florentino and compared to HoK there are many difficult heroes to master..

If Tencent really wanted to migrate all Aov players to Hok, they should include the entire Aov cast in Hok Global, with Aov heroes who share gameplay with their Hok counterparts receiving completely new gameplay to be able to coexist with their counterpart. (so don't come to me and answer "there are already hok heroes with the same gameplay as aov's"), so you could also transfer all the aov skins without giving it to other characters

@@boii592 hok feels like it's from asian fantasy, aov feels like it's from multiple global fantasy The gameplay isn't much different from aov, but the Hok match-matching is so much better than any moba game I ever play (since we can choose role before the matching in hok, in other game we choose role after the match-matching and we can get unbalanced team composition like 4 archer/marksman in 1 team).

They’re not inspired. Its a 1:1 because Honor of Kings is Arena of Valor. Honor of Kings is the Chinese version while Arena of Valor is the Global version, if you played Arena of valor from the start you know this.

Level infinite are distributor, the developer are timi from tencent. HOK are coming first in china, then they make aov for global audience. Tencent trying merge this 2 games, but garena (the diatributor for taiwan, thailand, and vietnam) have so much income from aov cause it is so famous there. So garena refuse the idea to merge it. Then they transfering the hero/skin to make a cross fight battle arena. The idea for a big tournament for this 2 games actually coming at 2022 or 2021 cmiiw. But i dont know why they cancel it.
