I listened to this so much times... You can mix really really fucking well, if they really thought that.. these guys didn't know shit! You say that midboss sounds like soilwork, but its my favorite part of this entire cover.. the distorted strumming is so good, the one in the beginning and end, such a cool idea! I get goosebumps everytime I listen to it. Rock on!!

I love to hear the parallels between NINE's Makai theme and SMT II's 3D Makai theme. They're essentially the same song, but NINE's is so much more lonely and negative. But then there's SMT II's version, which is so confident and full of conviction. Listen to them sequentially.
