don't get me wrong, I loved this one! but, if you think of this as "balanced" when a cello is trying to kill the violin....well, ok

I agree, just probably better not to use terms as "unison" which sounds like they're in a perfect pitch ALL the time, which they wasn't, so maybe some other term.....dunno. you chose (btw, I loved this one, I really did !!!

The only piece from Arensky still known and played from time to time, due to insipration of the firtst theme of the first movement, il D minor with C natural. It is a very beautiful trio. Thank you for posting it on YT.
