I'm right there with you - the live album is on constant repeat through my music app. However, what really bugs me is the audio quality, which is just too fuzzy and low.

Facts! She killed Honey and her voice was stronger
@markdrinkwater15084 жыл бұрын
@Tony Turner Of course it had left, there were periods even in her early career where her top was down. But certainly in the early 80s and then the early 90s, her top voice was very weak and she'd perform all her songs in a lower key, with no powerful top belts. This all changed when she quit the smokes in 93, then by late 94/95 her high belts started to return. This is no secret for anybody who knows anything about her career. So it is you who would appear dumb, or ignorant at best.

Came here to see the Aretha Franklin nonsense you babble on about and i don’t see it.. I hear a weak, dry voice who is letting the backgrounders do the work. I will be heading back over to Queen Warwick now . 🤣🤣🤣 thoroughly disappointed.

Even with this superstar supporting cast, every time Aretha opens her mouth to sing I want all other singers to simply shut up. No one can share the stage with this woman. She’s like Godzilla in Tokyo. She crushes all comers, and everyone and everything else instantly become irrelevant.

She barely sang the whole show. Chain Chain was tired and she barely sang with Elton. He was trying to get her to let it rip but she held back . Terrible night. She never had real SANGERS on stage with her.

I see what you are saying, but this is classic early 90's Aretha. She killed it because her talent and presence overrode any mistakes

This one lives to criticize Aretha. That's what she does like a roving troll.

Girl ,you needs to have a seat somewhere in hell,all you do is criticize Aretha,she must have had something that she got and you want!!!
@Mudrow20102 жыл бұрын
Not the best Aretha concert. She is best as a solo artist. Of all her singing partners, Elton John held his own with her. Rod Stewart looked and sounded pathetic, completely out of his depth.
@donavansimms9097 Жыл бұрын
This is pathetic, this is not doing the great lady any justice. Look at Rod Stewart trying to sing people get ready, that was atrocious
@robmorrison104311 ай бұрын
Your lost and clueless. Rod Stewart had the biggest hit and success with the great Curtis Mayfield written song. His version with Jeff Beck is a classic.
@bostonteaparty392611 ай бұрын
You know Aretha was so boring and her singing was uneventful. No wonder I don't remember this as I would not have watched it in the first place.
