Makes me so sad to see the establishment playing races against each other so much these days when for over the last 60 years we have all admired so many dark skinned ppl on TV. From this vid to Sanford n son to the fresh prince of Belair. We all know all white ppl loved the jazz and blues the darker skinned ppl put out thru the 50 60 70s. And when hip hop started that all white kids over every black rapper how many albums did 50cent sell? Half were to white ppl I know this. People need to grow up. This race crap has degregated both sides and its a crying shame. A true crying shame. Noone has hate in the ways the internet has projected. Please educate ur children people. We are all one ppl and have been for a long time. It makes my heart ache and has been only an injustice for us all.

Excellent blast from the past! So awesome to see Sammy Davis, Jr. The song "Little Brown Boy" was perfect for its time and is, unfortunately, still relevant today. To hear the song "Every Boy Can Be President of the United States" with a multicultural cast, including a girl, seemed prophetic for the future election of Barack Obama. And, the Queen herself, Miss Aretha Franklin, was so beautiful. And that voice, The Voice, epitomized the soul of our people. Thank you, beloved Queen~

I was cringeing at the "every boy" line. The token little girl was permitted to add "and me"' but it still hasn't happened in the U.S.A. We had a great Prime Minister in Australia. Julia Gillard. She was hounded and vilified by powerful men. Apparently we weren't ready either. Go New Zealand!

@@MandyRRAh ... "Every boy" didn't bother me at all. Personally, I am quite happy with strong, capable, male leadership.
