I know many cities in Latin America, very large and cosmopolitan like Sao Pablo and Mexico City, very modern like Panama City or Santiago, colonial cities like Havana or Caratagena de Indias and others like Bogotá and Lima that are very bohemian, but Buenos Aires is the the most complete city in South America, it has a special atmosphere, it has all this together and as you can see in the video, the Argentine people are something special, always open, always willing to talk. Argentina is the place where a shy person can make friends.

@@virtualstrolls Si, aquí en el Video se ve que los del Top Manta tienen como una cuerda, si ven que para la policía tiran de la cuerda y salen corriendo, venden imitaciones Chinas que compran sin impuestos, muchas veces la policía los deja para que se puedan ganar la vida y no traficar con droga o robar. Los que venden son Africanos que no tienen documentos y se buscan la vida de esa manera.
