Welcome to another Argentine barbecue in Canada! In this video we finally left the North American grill on the side and built a small Argentine grill using bricks. In this asado we prepare fine entraña, roasted strips, medium spicy chorizos, and sweetbreads. We also prepare a nice bite with artichoke hearts, stuffed peppers, green olives, proscuitto, spicy salami, bread and cheese. And we tried a vermouth and Argentine wines from San Juan and Salta.
