i started competing in seventh grade!! start off with easy runs and slowly build up your mileage. also track season is coming soon and that's a great place to start bc you can have a coach help you out

Nice vlog, and lol the World Cup😂 I live in France and the people there felt robbed because the arbiter gave a generous penalty to the Argentina, and too many Argentinian fouls weren't whistled. The 3rd argentinian goal should never be awarded as there was more then 11 argentinian players on the field at that moment which is clearly against the rule😂 Then it looked nice, and I hope you enjoyed your trip😊
